GENERAL RULES
1) Critque, Dont Rate!
Giving an honest critique rather than just rating them on a scale of 1/10 gives them a unique advantage. You're being courteous by giving them attention, and showing them what they did right, as well as what they might have done wrong. Don't ever just make a post that says "5/10". You will be breaking this rule.
2) Negativity / Insults.
This can't be stressed enough. While we encourage you to be openly honest with the artists and designers on this hall, you need to approach every situation with some form of tact. Constructive criticism is the key to developing yourself and each other as successful artists, and bashing each other is not proper criticism. Don't get caught doing it, or you will regret it.
3) Good Posting Quality.
Don't waste forum space. Make your posts worthwhile. Making sure each of your responses has meet and substance will go a long way.
4) Be Courteous.
Treat everyone in the GFX Hall with respect. There's an old attache, "Treat others as you would want them unto you". If you wish to be treated as an equal, regardless of your level of experience, your courtesy goes a long way. We like our members, and we appreciate it when they like each other.
5) No linking to other sites.
We hold a strict policy against advertising on these boards. Any posts found with links that are not relative to GrudgeMU will be deleted without warning.
SIGNATURE RULES
1. Image placed as your signature cannot be bigger than 400x200 pixels in dimension and up to 300 KB in file size. Vertical signature is allowed.
For Staff/VIP/Forum Hero members signature size cannot be bigger than 450x250 pixels in deminesions and up to 400 KB in file size. Vertical signature is allowed.
2. Offensive image is prohibited.
3. You can only use (1)one signature at a time.
USERBAR
1. Userbar size should not be bigger than 400x40 px in dimension. "Vertical userbar(s)" wont be allowed.
2. Offensive images will be prohibited.
3. You can only use (2)two userbars at a time.
AVATAR
1. Offensive image is prohibited.
2. Image or Text must not be containing any advertisement about other server expect for the
sister servers we have in current.
3. Custom user title must not be offensive in any way and should not contain any links of an external site or web address.
Text, Quotes, Tables , links & Smilies
1. Text is limited up to 3 line in one paragraph.
2. Font size is max of 3 and min of 1.(based on forum text editor]
3. Only 1 Paragraphy will we accepted.
4. If you have an outside Text you can’t put any quotes anymore or vice versa.
5. Html Table code is not allowed to be use in Signature area.
6. Link generated images are not allowed on this forum, e.g (ip addresses, clock, verse of the day, etc.)
7. Smilies is max of 20x20px and up to 3.41 KB file size.
8. Putting smilies are maximum of 2-3 images only.
Note:
The VIOLATOR of these rules will not be warn on erasing there violated offense, the moderator will put the certain violation of this Rules.
LEGENDS:
[Store] – If you want to open a store & where every forumer can request signatures/avatars/user bars from you.
[Request] – This is where you can open a thread if want to request signature/avatar/user bar, from any forumer that is willing to do it for you.
GFX STORE RULES
1. Inactive for a month would be discussed by the User and the HGFX by pm about his/her [Store] if he/she wants to continue. If notification is sent and there has been no reply from the thread creator, thread will be deleted by the GFX team.
2. Spam posts are not allowed in these section give a karma/rep will be your symbol of thanks.
3. You are not allowed to bump on your request thread twice or more in a day.
4. Post counts must reach 30 in order to request a signature/avatar/user bar at GFX Stores.
5. If you want to build your store you must put [Store] sign in the title of your thread.
6. Be sure to read the following Legends tittles before creating a thread.
GFX REQUEST RULES
1. You can only request if you have a 30 post count on the GFX request zone.
2. Do not PM any GFX Staff on there account on requesting a graphics just post them on there stores
3. Be patien waiting on your request to be granted.
4. Do not double post.
5. Equality is serve on requesting a signature, all granting request is in order.
6. You are allowed to request 1 SIGNATURE, AVATAR, and USER BAR per month in different GFX STORES.
LEGENDS:
[Showcase] = Make forumers give a comment & rate at your work.
[Auction] = Showcase your work and giving it to other forumers who needs it.
MUSEUM RULES
1. You can only bump your thread once a day.
2. Signature/Avatar/Userbars that contains Offensive contents is strictly prohibited.
3. Insulting or Flaming members/staffs works and in thread wont be allowed.
Note:Private message the link of the thread to GFX/SGFX/HGFX.
4. RIPPING ones signature/avatar/user-bar this includes .PSD's (and their respective individual layers), tutorials, signatures, themes/styles etc is strictly prohibited if ripping is notice immediately report it to any GFX/SGFX/HGFX to take action.

1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: Warning+infraction
3rd Offense: 1day ban
4th Offense: 1 week ban
5th Offense: Permanent Ban

4. The SS or PSD file is the key proof of your work. Without it your disqualified from the Event.
